Visited Plumbers and Steamfitters Apprenticeship School

On Tuesday evening, March 15th, my son, Matthew, and I had the honor and privilege of touring the Plumbers and Steamfitters Apprenticeship School in Rosedale, Maryland. Todd Eckley, Recruiter for Plumbers and Steamfitters Local Union 486, demonstrated the capabilities of the state-of-the-art training facility and introduced us to some of the high-speed faculty and students. Trade unions are critical to the skilled workforce and thriving economy of Carroll County and of Maryland. Linking trade and agricultural opportunities with Carroll County Public Schools will be a priority.
